American Campus Communities is seeking a part-time Community Assistant for Stadium Centre in Tallahassee, FL. You will help manage leasing activities, conduct tours, and assist with resident relations while upholding ACC standards.

Qualifications

• Must be enrolled in a degree or certificate program from an accredited college or university.
• Ability to close sales, conduct tours, and process inquiries.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekdays, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Close sales by making appointments, generating leads, conducting tours, and following up with prospects.
• Support policies and provide excellent customer service to residents and parents.
• Work structured administrative office shifts including evenings and weekends.
• Participate in Turn, Move-In, and Move-Out processes.
• Enter prospective resident information into Salesforce and process guest cards.
