Job summary

American Campus Communities is seeking a part-time Community Assistant in Uptown, Denton, TX to assist with leasing, resident relations, and on-site programming. You will conduct tours, process inquiries, and help create a welcoming living environment in collaboration with property leadership.

The role requires a degree or certificate in progress and availability for shifts including evenings and weekends. You will support marketing, events, and the Move-In/Move-Out cycle while upholding ACC

Qualifications

• A degree or certificate program must be in progress from an accredited college or university.
• Availability for after-hours shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Conduct leasing tours and answer inquiries to close sales.
• Enter prospective resident information into the Salesforce leasing system accurately.
• Participate in orientation marketing, housing fairs, open houses, social media campaigns and events.
• Maintain professional appearance and represent ACC standards in all interactions with residents, parents, and prospects.
• Assist with Turn, Move-In, and Move-Out processes and related tasks.
• Serve as a resource about the property, local University, and community for residents and parents.
• Assist with renewal marketing efforts and communications.
• Support the community’s safety, cleanliness, and reporting procedures.
