Job summary

American Campus Communities is seeking a part-time Community Assistant at TWELVE at U District in Seattle, WA. You will assist with leasing, tours, and resident relations while upholding ACC standards and safety policies.

Must be enrolled in a degree or certificate program and be available for a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends. Compensation is $21.30 per hour, with a focus on building a welcoming living environment for students and families.

Qualifications

• A degree or certificate program must be in progress from an accredited college or university.
• Bachelor's or Associate degree or diploma in progress is acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Close sales by scheduling tours, generating leads, conducting tours, and following up with prospects.
• Adhere to ACC policies and provide excellent customer service to residents and parents.
• Work a structured administrative office shift; may include evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Attend Turn/Move-In/Move-Out duties and assist with unit make-ready, cleaning, and basic repairs.
• Market the property through social media, housing fairs, and campus events.
