Responsibilities

• Close the sale: make appointments, generate leads, conduct tours, and follow up with prospects.
• Abide by ACC policies and provide high-quality customer service to residents.
• Work a structured office shift, including evenings, weekdays, weekends, or holidays.
• Be on-call for Community Assistant shifts as required.
• Participate in Turn, Move-In, and Move-Out processes.
