Job summary

University of California, Irvine seeks an experienced administrative professional to manage and direct operations within Student Housing. You will plan, supervise staff, analyze workflows, and ensure efficient housing services and applications are processed smoothly.

Under the Senior Director of Housing Administrative Services, you will oversee data entry, reporting, and service delivery, coordinating with HAS teams and campus partners to maintain excellent student housing support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related area or equivalent.
• 5–8 years of experience in higher education administration.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage, plan and administer the operations of Student Housing.
• Plan long- and short-term objectives; supervise staff.
• Provide direction for HAS administrative operations including data entry, analysis, workflow and project management.
• Oversee undergraduate application and contract assignment processes, housing information dissemination, and customer service.
• Support student housing accounts counseling, executive support, and facilities maintenance.
