Job summary

UC Irvine is seeking an experienced administrative professional to manage the operations of Student Housing. You will plan short- and long-term strategies, supervise staff, and provide direction for HAS.

You will oversee undergraduate applications, contract assignments, and housing information dissemination, along with customer service and accounts counseling. Under the Senior Director of Housing Administrative Services, you will contribute to facilities maintenance and analytical reporting,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related area or equivalent experience.
• 5–8 years of higher education administration experience.
• Ability to manage staff and provide leadership.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage operations of Student Housing and plan short- and long-term needs.
• Supervise staff and provide direction for HAS operations.
• Oversee undergraduate applications and contract assignment.
• Provide housing information, customer service, and accounts counseling.
• Support facilities maintenance and administrative analysis under HAS leadership.
