Grand Valley State University is seeking a highly skilled nurse leader to serve as the primary operational leader for the Campus Health Center, coordinating patient care delivery and staff workflow.

The role focuses on safe, timely, student-centered care, clinical policy implementation, and continuous improvement, with oversight of nursing staff, testing, vaccination management, and emergency readiness on campus.

Competenze

• Must hold BSN from an accredited institution.
• Active RN license in Michigan.
• Current BLS certification.
• 3 years nursing experience in ambulatory or primary care.
• 1 year of clinical leadership or supervision.
• Knowledge of infection prevention and immunization practices.
• Experience with policy implementation and QA activities.
• Proficient in EHR and data-driven performance monitoring.
• Strong communication and collaboration with diverse stakeholders.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and work independently.
