Belmont University is seeking a Student Worker to support the Athletic Department with game day operations for multiple sports. This role involves assisting with home game preparations, operating scoreboard and music, and helping with video and media production.

Ideal candidates will have strong communication and customer service skills, basic office abilities, and the availability to work select weeknights and weekends in a fast-paced, team environment.

Qualifications

• Some knowledge of Athletics and strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills.
• Experience using Microsoft Office and Google Docs.
• Ability to multi-task and work well in a fast-paced, team environment.
• Responsible, dependable with basic office skills.
• Availability to work select weeknights and weekends.
• Maintain the highest level of professionalism at all times.

Responsibilities

• Assist with home game preparations and operations for various sports including soccer, volleyball, basketball, baseball and softball.
• Game day operations, set-ups & breakdowns.
• Assisting visiting teams & fans.
• Operating scoreboard & music.
• Assist with video and media production.
• Manage will call and past lists.
• Assist with general office duties.
