Job summary

Belmont University is seeking a student employee to support Bruin Card Services and Auxiliary Services. You will deliver frontline customer service to students, faculty, and staff, while assisting with card issuance, mobile wallet setup, and basic troubleshooting.

The role offers flexible scheduling around classes, with a preference for a minimum weekly commitment. Prior experience is helpful, and training will be provided by Belmont University.

Qualifications

• Customer service or office experience preferred; training provided.
• Interest in technology, mobile devices, or campus operations.
• Experience or interest in using Apple and Android devices.

Responsibilities

• Serve as first point of contact for Bruin Card Services visitors.
• Assist with mobile credential activation and wallet setup.
• Print, issue, replace, and distribute Bruin Cards according to policy.
• Help students, faculty, and staff with card questions and basic troubleshooting.
• Verify identity and maintain confidential records.
• Refer complex questions to supervisors.
