The position requires enrollment in at least six Fall/Spring units and an active Financial Aid award for the current term. Temporary, with potential reappointment based on budget and performance.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate students must be registered/enrolled in a minimum of six (6) Fall/Spring units.
• Must have received and accepted Financial Aid award for the current semester/year.

Responsibilities

• Assist with front desk coverage for Career Services and Undergraduate Advising.
• Check main phone line voicemail and forward messages; respond to emails and calls professionally.
• Actively and regularly communicate with suite staff using email and Teams.
• Check students in for appointments.
• Develop and maintain proficiency in the use of EAB/Warrior Connect to support students, staff, and faculty.
• Assist students with scheduling appointments through Warrior Connect.
• Become familiar with Career Services and Undergraduate Advising Programs, services, resources, policies, and procedures to provide accurate information and appropriate referrals.
• Assist with preparing materials for workshops, advising events, orientations, and outreach activities.
• Provide support during Undergraduate Advising Programs, Career Fairs, networking events and other campus events as assigned.
• Provide workshop and event support, including setup, check-in, and participant assistance as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
