Responsibilities

Greet and assist students, faculty, staff, and visitors.
Answer phone calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate department personnel.
Perform clerical tasks including printing, scanning, photocopying, data entry, and file maintenance.
Maintain organized electronic department records and update spreadsheets.
Assist with preparing documents, correspondence, and forms for faculty and staff.
Support department events with setup and takedown as needed.
Monitor and replenish office supplies; notify staff when stock is low.
Distribute departmental materials and mail; manage communications.
Enter data in departmental systems and performance of note-taking as required.
Provide customer service to students and faculty to resolve inquiries.
