Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supports students through initial and ongoing contact, ensuring financial aid and other sources of aid are secured and paperwork is submitted.
• Provides a compassionate experience to students by guiding them through next steps within proper timeframes.
• Recognizes issues and offers solutions to help students overcome barriers to starting or continuing school.
• Ensures all financial aid processing is accurate and compliant with regulations.
