You'll build meaningful relationships with future students, helping them explore their goals, understand their aspirations, and determine whether Joyce University is the right fit for their future. Every conversation is an opportunity to remove barriers, provide clarity, and empower someone to take the next step toward a rewarding nursing career. Because many of our students are working adults, your schedule allows you to connect with them during evenings and weekends, when they have the time and flexibility to explore their educational goals. Rather than simply processing applications, you'll serve as a trusted guide and advocate throughout one of the most important decisions they'll ever make. Whether you're welcoming students to our Draper campus or connecting virtually from across the country, you'll create an exceptional first impression and deliver the personalized experience that defines Joyce University.

You enjoy building meaningful relationships, asking thoughtful questions, and helping others make important decisions with confidence. You're naturally curious, highly organized, and energized by working toward goals while providing an exceptional experience for every student you serve. Most importantly, you believe success isn't measured simply by enrollments- it's measured by helping students find the right educational path for their future.
