Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage student financial accounts and communications with students/parents.
• Investigate and resolve complex or escalated account inquiries.
• Coordinate outreach and engagement programs for account collections.
• Support collection efforts through outreach, payment strategies, and follow-up.
• Assist in creating coordinated outreach and engagement programs.
