Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 2 years direct service to college students or similar customer service environments.
• Knowledge of federal and state laws and regulations pertaining to financial aid, student accounts, and records.
• Ability to handle stressful situations with professionalism and composure.

Responsibilities

• Provide enrollment management for caseload and follow up with students on payment options, financial aid eligibility and requirements.
• Assist with assessment and evaluation of the student financial service process and contribute to quality improvement initiatives.
• Participate in trainings, meetings, and committees to stay current on policies relating to student enrollment and retention.
• Document student contacts promptly in Banner and related systems.
• Collaborate with advising to support student success and coordinate events as needed.
