Qualifications

• Strong understanding of federal, state, and institutional financial aid regulations.
• Ability to provide financial aid counseling to students and families.
• Develop personalized tuition and financial aid plans.

Responsibilities

• Maintain knowledge of financial aid regulations and procedures.
• Provide financial aid counseling to prospective and current students.
• Develop personalized tuition and financial aid plans.
• Assist with applications, scholarships, loan counseling, and payment plans.
• Evaluate eligibility and package Title IV funds for compliance.
• Process and maintain financial aid records using the listed systems.
• Review documentation for accuracy before disbursement.
• Monitor eligibility, enrollment changes, and aid adjustments.
• Coordinate with Business Office on accounts and disbursements.
• Administer veteran education benefits records.
• Collaborate with Admissions and Registrar to ensure accurate information.
• Provide ongoing financial guidance throughout enrollment.
