Marymount University seeks a Student Financial Planner in Student Financial Services. The role serves as the primary contact for tuition and student financial questions, providing exceptional service and guidance to ensure students understand payment options and complete their enrollment plans.

Reporting to the Director of Student Financial Services and Bursar, the planner works with prospective and current students to map tuition costs and payment strategies, through phone and email outreach.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution or equivalent experience in higher education administration.
• 2-3 years of relevant professional experience in an applicable role.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and Google Suite.

• Maintain thorough understanding of Marymount’s payment options and systems to provide effective financial guidance.
• Respond to student inquiries regarding payment options and financial aid awards.
• Create financial enrollment plans based on awards, plans, and other payment sources.
