Job summary

Marymount University seeks a Student Financial Planner in Student Financial Services. The role serves as the primary contact for tuition and student financial questions. You will provide excellent customer service and guidance to ensure students are on a path to a successful experience at Marymount.

The planner will map tuition costs across the student lifecycle and discuss enrollment plans with students via phone and email.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in higher education administration or equivalent
• 2-3 years of relevant professional experience in higher education
• Strong proficiency in Office and Google Suite

Responsibilities

• Provide accurate financial guidance on payment options and tuition costs
• Develop financial enrollment plans based on aid and payment options
• Counsel students and families in-person, by phone, and via email
• Maintain knowledge of policies and federal/state financial aid regulations
• Collaborate with Financial Aid and Registrar offices
