Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education is a plus.
• Previous customer service, administrative, data entry, or office support experience preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Comfortable using Microsoft Office, email, and computer-based systems.

Responsibilities

• Assist students with general questions regarding financial aid applications, eligibility, documentation, and award processes.
• Help students understand financial aid requirements, deadlines, and next steps.
• Review, organize, and maintain student financial aid records and documentation.
• Assist with processing financial aid forms and updating student information in internal systems.
• Respond to student inquiries by phone, email, and in person.
• Refer complex financial aid questions to the appropriate team members.
• Maintain accurate records while protecting confidential student information.
• Provide general administrative support to the financial aid department.
• Follow established policies and procedures to help ensure accurate and timely processing.
