Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and a minimum of two years in a Financial Aid/Student Accounts office.
• Strong customer service skills and ability to resolve complex problems.
• Ability to counsel individuals and families in financial aid matters.

Responsibilities

• Assist students and families with FAFSA and financial aid questions.
• Explain aid packages, loan types, and verification processes.
• Provide information on payment plans, billing, and 1098-Ts.
• Counsel on refunds, holds, and financing options; support online services.
