Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or GED and financial aid experience.
• College-level coursework in accounting, finance, or related field is preferred.
• Strong computer skills and ability to learn new financial aid systems quickly.

• Strong customer service mindset and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Process financial aid documentation, including VA Education Benefits, Military Tuition Assistance, and scholarships.
• Monitor FAFSA submissions and ISIRs, maintain records and verify selected files.
• Track Master Promissory Notes (MPNs) via COD and conduct loan counseling for students.
• Stay updated on federal and institutional financial aid regulations to ensure compliance.
• Monitor student accounts for proper packaging and oversee cash flow for timely disbursement.
• Meet with incoming students to explain aid options and required documentation.
