Qualifications

• Experience with FAFSA completion and scholarship applications.
• Ability to communicate clearly with students via in-person, phone, and email.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
• Familiarity with financial aid policies and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Assist students with FAFSA and scholarship applications.
• Serve as primary contact for student questions via multiple channels.
• Maintain Financial Aid Office manuals and policies.
• Oversee student outreach and financial literacy programs.
• Monitor loan delinquency and communicate with loan services.
• Assist Director with Title IV awarding and ISIR issues.
