Job summary

City and County of Denver is seeking an Operations Coordinator for the Office of Financial Aid and Scholarships to bridge financial aid operations with compliance and systems teams. You will configure SIS, support FAFSA and COD processes, and translate system functionality into practical workflows and training materials.

The role collaborates with campus stakeholders to improve service delivery, ensure regulatory compliance, and advance Enrollment Management goals through routine analysis,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 5 years’ experience working at a college or university.
• 2 years of experience in higher education administration.
• Experience using a student information database.
• Experience supporting and/or coordinating projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain knowledge of the Office of Financial Aid’s SIS and its impact on student accounts and aid processing.
• Develop knowledge of Federal Student Aid systems and utilities and their impact on data import/export.
• Gather feedback from OFASCC operations and coordinate follow-up actions with the systems team.
• Administrate the systems team intake platform to assign and resolve escalations.
