Job summary

Responsibilities

• Serve as escalation point for students with financial aid, billing, or payment questions.
• Counsel diverse student groups and families on financial options and resources.
• Coordinate with Financial Aid, Student Accounts, and Registrar’s Office as needed.
• Support faculty/staff with basic financial aid/billing questions and related technology.
