Qualifications

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Microsoft Teams.
• Strong attention to detail and accurate documentation.
• Ability to meet goals, deadlines, and maintain productivity.
• Strong communication skills and a student-focused approach.
• Commitment to compliance, confidentiality, and regulatory accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Advise students on available financial aid programs, eligibility, and required documents.
• Assist students with FAFSA and related financial aid forms online.
• Receive, review, and organize student documents for compliance.
• Help determine eligibility and process awards based on needs analyses and regulations.
• Maintain timely communication with students and staff on documentation and eligibility.
• Support productivity goals and deadlines within the Financial Aid Office.
