Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.

• Strong interpersonal and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of financial aid policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Assess financial needs of students.
• Advise students and parents regarding financial aid.
• Process student applications for federal and state aid.
• Respond to inquiries and resolve problems related to department transactions.
• Serve as liaison with state, federal, tribal and other agencies.
• Analyze and evaluate financial viability of students and families.
• Review and assess eligibility for federal aid.
