You will process awards from application through PeopleSoft and SFA, and assist with case management in SF and PS/SFA systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
• 1–3 years of related professional experience.

Responsabilités

• Process awards and changes from application to completion in PeopleSoft and SFA.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in financial aid processes; escalations via SF, PS, or SFA.
• Attend outreach events to explain financial aid processes and review accounts for eligibility and award status.
