Job summary

This role collaborates with Financial Services and Student Services, and oversees Workday Student Administration modules, enforcing internal controls and supporting staff development within a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in accounting or related field required.
• Five years of recent related work experience.
• Fluency in Microsoft Office; proven skills using large ERP systems.
• Advanced skills in Student Administration systems were required.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership of day-to-day operations of Student Financial Services; maintain accuracy of charges, credits, payments, and refunds.
• Ensure excellent customer service to students, parents, employees and others with concerns.
• Investigate, recommend and lead implementation of technology and tools to increase efficiency in Student Finance.
• Oversee cashiering policies, procedures and systems with proper controls.
• Assist Workday setup and administration for Student Administration modules.
• Coordinate with IT and functional staff to resolve day-to-day issues.
