Fox Valley Technical College (FVTC) seeks a senior role within Student Financial Services to manage tuition billing, collections, and refunds. You will ensure compliance with policies and regulations while improving processes for student accounts and customer service across campus.

The position collaborates with Financial Services and Student Services and supports Workday Student Administration modules, with a hybrid in-person/remote work setup and a strong focus on controls and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in accounting or related business required.
• Five years of related work experience.
• Fluent in Microsoft Office and experience with large ERP systems.
• Advanced skills in Student Administration systems required.
• CPA license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership of the day-to-day operations of Student Financial Services.
• Maintain the accuracy of student charges, credits, payments, and refunds.
• Ensure excellent customer service is provided to students, parents, employees, and other customers.
• Oversee cashiering policies, procedures, and systems with the Controller’s office.
• Support Workday functional analysts, IT staff, and staff in Workday Student Administration setup and administration.
• Oversee refunds of credit balances and debt collection activities.
• Direct the 1098-T production process and IRS reporting.
