Job summary

Fox Valley Technical College is seeking a Student Registration Specialist at the Appleton Main Campus. You will be the first point of contact for Student Services, assisting students with enrollment, payments, transcripts, and related services while ensuring compliance with FVTC policies and FERPA regulations.

The role requires strong customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage sensitive information.

Qualifications

• Associate degree required; Bachelor’s preferred.
• 2–3 years of experience with student records.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the initial contact for Student Services via phone, chat, email, and in-person at the Welcome Center.
• Assist students with enrollment, payment, transcripts, and other services while ensuring policy compliance.
• Maintain confidentiality of student data and FERPA compliance.
