Job summary

Unitek Learning is seeking a Student Finance Analyst to manage disbursements across Cal Grants, private loans, scholarships, and other funding streams. You will post funds to ledgers, reconcile the Anthology student information system, and ensure accurate student accounting records.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in a business office, banking or accounting environment.
• Preference for prior Financial Aid Assistant role in higher education.
• Bachelor’s degree with coursework in business, finance, auditing or accounting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Post Cal Grant and other funding to student accounts and reconcile with external databases.
• Monitor cash flow for private student loan funds and third-party funding; ensure timely postings.
• Maintain student information system and related databases; resolve data conflicts with other departments.
