Job summary

Unitek Learning seeks a Student Finance Analyst to join the Disbursement Team in Tempe. You will post Cal Grants and other funding to student accounts and ensure accurate ledger updates across multiple funding sources.

The role requires attention to detail, Excel proficiency, and collaboration with campus teams. You will maintain data integrity, prepare reconciliations, and generate receivables reports to support campus operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in business, finance, auditing or accounting.
• 1 year of experience in a business office, banking or accounting environment.
• Ability to communicate effectively and work as part of a team.
• Excel proficiency and strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Post Cal Grants and other funding to student accounts and reconcile with external databases.
• Monitor cash flow for private loan funds and post funds to ledgers.
• Reconcile Anthology SIS with external databases to follow up on disbursements.
• Prepare file reconciliations for institutional receipts and student payments.
• Maintain student data in the information system and assist other departments to resolve issues.
• Generate reports on student receivables and payments as requested.
• Ensure ethical documentation and recordkeeping per institutional policies.
• Attend trainings on student funding regulations and campus-based funds management.
