Job summary

Unitek Learning is seeking a Student Finance Analyst for the Disbursement Team. The role is hybrid with an on-site presence at Irvine, CA or Tempe, AZ HQ offices—3 days a week in the office. Responsible for posting Cal Grants and other funding to student accounts and ensuring accurate, timely disbursements.

The ideal candidate has 1 year in a business/finance environment, strong MS Office skills (Excel), and the ability to multi-task while maintaining accuracy in student data and reporting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a business office, banking or accounting environment.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred in business/finance/accounting.
• Efficient in MS Office, especially Excel.

Responsibilities

• Post Cal Grant and other funding to student accounts and reconcile with external databases.
• Monitor cash flow for VA/DoD and institutional funds; ensure timely postings.
• Maintain and verify student information systems and related data.
• Prepare file reconciliations for receipts and payments.
• Generate reports on student receivables and payments as requested.
