Qualifications

Basic knowledge of office software and communication tools.
Pursuing a degree in related fields is preferred.

Responsibilities

Process reimbursements, purchasing, and transaction requests through ticketing system.
Assist with financial reconciliations and review transactions for accuracy.
Support auditing and compliance activities by verifying documentation and approvals.
Provide customer service to students, faculty, staff, and external customers.
Receive, track, and distribute student packages while maintaining accurate records.
Complete general administrative duties and special projects as assigned.
