Qualifications

• Three years of financial aid experience preferred.
• Knowledge of Title IV funding preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills required.

Responsibilities

• Interview students to assess financial aid needs and determine eligibility.
• Assist with completing financial aid paperwork and verify ISIRs.
• Package awards and arrange signatures.
• Counsel veteran students on VA benefits.
• Audit files for compliance and eligibility before class starts.
• Manage payment plans and collect outstanding balances.
• Coordinate with Admissions to reschedule financial aid appointments.
