Job summary

Yavapai College invites a CLI Student Fellow to support the Center for Learning and Innovation (CLI). You will welcome visitors, conduct CLI tours, and assist with learning technologies and events in Prescott, Verde Valley, and other campus spaces.

As a student employee, you will gain leadership, communication, and organizational skills while helping to promote student success and innovation across the college.

Qualifications

• Must be Federal Work Study (FWS) eligible as determined by the FAFSA.
• Enrolled in at least six credits, with one course toward your program.
• In good financial aid standing at Yavapai College.
• Have unmet need as determined by the FAFSA.
• Be receiving financial aid from Yavapai College.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist students, faculty, staff, and visitors in CLI spaces.
• Conduct tours of the CLI, communicating vision and pillars to diverse audiences.
• Highlight CLI hubs and features during tours.
• Provide peer-level assistance with learning technologies (Canvas, media equipment, VR/AR, etc.).
• Support day-to-day CLI operations, events, and trainings.
• Assist with content creation for digital media and social projects promoting the CLI.
• Support partners and programs across the institution in collaboration with other departments.
• Maintain collaborative spaces and equipment in CLI spaces.
• Serve as a student voice, offering feedback and new ideas for innovation.
