Job summary

Center for Careers and Internships at Middlebury College seeks a proactive CCI Ambassador to welcome students, guide them to resources, and assist with events and outreach. You will gain hands-on experience in communications, events, and career tools while supporting campus career initiatives.

This on-campus role offers hands-on learning, collaboration with career staff, and opportunities to engage with diverse student populations across the Middlebury community.

Qualifications

• Greet and assist students and visitors with professionalism.
• Contribute to career pathway research and content development.
• Familiarity with Handshake, Midd2Midd, LinkedIn, Canva, and the CCI site.
• Demonstrate knowledge of CCI resources and services.
• Promote CCI resources across campus via events, posters, surveys, and tabling.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist students and visitors in person and on the phone.
• Guide visitors to the right resources with professionalism and kindness.
• Contribute to career pathway projects involving research, data entry, content creation.
• Utilize platforms including Handshake, Midd2Midd, LinkedIn, Canva, and the CCI website.
• Promote CCI resources across campus through events and tabling.
