Job summary

University of Pikeville is seeking an ACE Welcome Desk Specialist to serve as the first point of contact for students and prospective students. You will greet visitors, assist with appointments, and handle clerical tasks in a fast-paced campus office located in the Administration Building.

ACE training is provided and required. The role is part-time, averaging 10 hours per week, with some evening shifts; pay is $8.75 per hour.

• Maintain confidentiality and professional appearance.

Responsibilities

• Greet and direct visitors at the ACE Welcome Desk.
• Assist with appointments, filing, and email correspondence.
• Ensure students scan in for federal reporting.
• Maintain accurate files and records.
• Assist with developing marketing and learning materials.
