Education First in Pasadena is seeking an Activity Manager for Summer 2027 to lead the school’s activity program and coordinate a team of local and international leaders. You will plan and deliver events from 30-student groups to 400+ attendees, ensuring a safe and engaging student experience.

The role requires night and weekend availability and a passion for customer service and culture-rich activities. Ideal for dynamic, organized leaders with strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent work experience.
• Enthusiastic, organized, and a natural leader.
• Strong communicator.
• Able to work independently and lead a team with little oversight.
• Decisive – able to act fast and make informed decisions.
• Passionate about customer service and quality.
• Must be legally able to work in the U.S. or have a work permit.
• Applicants must be age 21 or older.

Responsibilities

• Execute all aspects of the activities program for the school, including theme weeks and large-scale events.
• Promote activities and excursions while monitoring and creating content for social media.
• Oversee distribution of tickets, vouchers, and itineraries for off-campus excursions.
• Lead regular staff meetings; ensure leaders are clear on the weekly activity plan.
• Respond to problems and emergencies as they arise.
• Be available to work nights and weekends at events.
