Job summary

EF is the world’s leading educational travel provider, offering Language Travel Schools where young learners spend 2–4 weeks in North America to improve English through a robust program, sports, discos, and excursions.

The Campus Manager will oversee daily campus operations, coach summer staff, and coordinate with the Regional Operations Manager to ensure a smooth summer experience for students, staff, and partners. Strong leadership and organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent experience.
• Administrative experience.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and lead a team.
• Decisive with quick decision-making.
• Legally able to work in the U.S. or have a work permit.
• Applicants must be age 21 or older.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coach the campus summer staff including Activity Leaders and ESL Teachers.
• Assist with student transportation, activity development, and event planning.
• Oversee staff hours, payroll, and weekly staff meetings.
• Handle student discipline and behavior concerns.
• Be available for nights and weekends for events and emergencies.
• Act as liaison with international sales teams to meet student expectations.
• Ensure all paperwork is completed and EF regulations adhered to.
• Manage student arrivals/departures and special events like orientations and graduation.
