Job summary

The University of Chicago Booth School of Business seeks an Associate Director of Student Experience to manage day-to-day operations for the Specialized Masters Programs, including event logistics, budgeting, and team communications. The role also supports 1:1 career coaching and builds employer relations to expand opportunities for SMP students.

Responsibilities include scheduling coaching appointments, administering career databases, and ensuring access to resources.

Qualifications

• College or university degree required.
• 5–7 years of related work experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations for SMP events (orientation, BoothCamp, etc.).
• Develop and apply career coaching and employer relations capabilities.
• Maintain program calendars, communications systems, and student life programming.
• Coordinate employer information sessions and recruiting events.
• Support coaching appointments and 1:1 career coaching sessions.
• Ensure data integrity across newsletters, websites, and LMS platforms.
