Responsibilities

• Serve as integral member of Admissions Committee; conduct recruitment, evaluation, and yield activities.
• Develop and execute annual yield strategy; design programming from admission to matriculation.
• Oversee communications and outreach to admitted and incoming students; align messaging with cross‑functional teams.
• Liaise with internal partners across Booth to integrate yield programming.
• Plan regional events, engage alumni networks, and expand employer outreach.
