Job summary

The University of Chicago Booth School of Business is seeking a Director of Business Development in Chicago to cultivate new client relationships and expand the Open Enrollment and custom programs globally.

In this senior role, you will secure new opportunities, manage a revenue pipeline, and collaborate across Marketing, Program Management and Operations to grow the Executive Education business with measurable impact.

Qualifications

• Education: Minimum requirements include a college or university degree in related field.
• Work Experience: Minimum requirements include knowledge and skills developed through 7+ years of work experience in a related job discipline.

Responsibilities

• Establish objectives and long-term goals with the Executive Education leadership.
• Collaborate with Executive Education faculty to develop bespoke programs that meet client learning needs.
• Initiate and maintain contact with client organizations for current and prospective programs; build trusted relationships.
• Develop and manages annual budget for new custom programs and renewals meeting financial targets.
• Collaborate with Global Program Management and Operations to ensure high-quality program delivery.
• Travel domestically and internationally to build new business relationships and attend programs.
