Auburn University's Harbert College of Business is seeking a Student Employee to support the Events Team with logistics for campus events. This role assists with setup, execution, and breakdown, including room preparation and food service stations, and supports on-site event needs.

Qualifications

• Enrolled Auburn University student required.
• Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Set up, replenish, and tear down food service stations; arrange beverage stations and hospitality equipment.
• Perform light cleaning of event spaces and catering kitchen after events; lift/move up to 30 pounds.
• Ensure spaces are returned to default setup and in good condition after each event.
• Report misuse or damage to Event Coordinators or the Manager of Events.
• Serve as on-site representative at Harbert College of Business events.
• Assist with event/guest coordination, promotional items, and day-of logistics.
• Arrive for shifts in business casual attire and maintain a professional appearance.
