Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum of three years of experience in customer service required.
• Experience in a fast-paced environment; experience in higher education preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist students via phone, in person, or ticketing system with enrollment and registration inquiries.
• Provide financial aid information and instructions to students and families.
• Explain charges, deadlines, and assist with billing and payments.
• Guide applicants through first-year and transfer processes and campus visits; answer general questions about scholarships.
• Enter service data and prepare reports; suggest process improvements.
