Qualifications

• Five (5) years of progressively responsible experience providing technical and instructional support and services to college-age and/or adult students.
• One (1) year in a lead capacity in a college learning center/lab.

Responsibilities

• Oversees daily enrollment services operations and service delivery across all college locations.
• Leads staff supervision, budgeting, and personnel management.
• Develops reports, monitors enrollment trends and identifies bottlenecks for improvement.
• Ensures FERPA compliance and data privacy across processes and platforms.
• Coordinates outreach and communication to enhance enrollment and student success.
