Roane State Community College seeks a Student Enrollment Recruiter to advance enrollment goals by recruiting traditional and non-traditional students across the service area, focusing on Roane and Cumberland Counties. The role involves building partnerships with high schools and community groups, representing the college at events, and coordinating outreach with multiple departments.

• Ability to work frequent evenings and weekends, as needed.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as a recruiter to increase applications from traditional and non-traditional students.
• Support recruitment in Roane and Cumberland Counties, with activity in other counties as needed.
• Collaborate with college departments to coordinate outreach initiatives and events.
• Support recruitment programming, events, and activities on and off campus.
• Develop and maintain relationships with high schools, community organizations, and partners.
• Represent Roane State at community events to strengthen partnerships and engagement.
• Collect and maintain data related to recruitment activities and outreach efforts.
• Travel, including potential overnight trips, to conferences and events.
• Maintain a flexible schedule and valid driver’s license for frequent travel.
