Job summary

Qualifications

• Earned Associate’s degree from a regionally accredited institution.
• 1 year of recruitment experience or more.
• Strong public speaking and presentation skills.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to analyze data and develop recruitment strategies based on findings.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, CRM software, and student information systems.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel for recruitment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic recruitment plans to attract prospective students.
• Represent the college at high schools, community events, career fairs, and industry expos.
• Build and maintain relationships with schools and community partners.
• Conduct campus tours and coordinate recruitment events.
• Assist in marketing materials and social media outreach for recruitment.
