Job summary

Responsibilities

• Respond to information requests from the public, parents, staff, and other parties.
• Prepare and process reports and conduct research as needed by the Welcome Center Supervisor.
• Register new or transferring students and verify required documentation.
• Enroll students in the student information system and manage pre-registration.
• Assemble scholastic records and prepare files for transfer to the student’s school of record.
• Maintain accurate data and communicate potential issues to leadership.
• Coordinate translation services and interpreters when needed.
