Responsibilities

• Assist prospective and current students with admissions and registration.
• Explain financial aid, billing policies, and payment options.
• Refer complex matters to CCSNH resources and college departments.
• Support FAFSA completion and work-study onboarding processes.
• Operate Banner, MS Office, SIS, and related software for enrollment tasks.
• Provide welcoming, accurate information to students and guests.
